Dear all,

 To directly add a photo to a forum post using the content selector (seen pasted in just below) you follow the steps below :

1a.   sign-in at www.birthlightforum.com (username/pw)

1b.  click on "forums" link in the top navigation bar of the webpage

1c.  click on the forum to which you want to post. (e.g. Infant Aquatics)

1d.  click "Write a new post" button

1e.  Position your cursor in the post where you want the photo to be inserted.

2.  Click on the content selector (found in the navigation bar) to get:

 

3.  Now find your user folder and double-click on the folder icon  to get the "upload photo" tab on the bottom right:

4.  Now click on the "browse" button to browse to a file on your computer which you would like to upload.

5.  Once you have browsed to a file and selected it, now click "upload photo" and it should (after a moment of uploading) give you something like this small thumbnail of the photo:

6.  Now click "ok" button and it should insert it into your post for you.
