teaching question: back to back & scar tissue

Hi, Can anyone recommend any good movements/postures for: 1) helping babies to move into the optimal position? I have two ladies in a class who's babies are back to back with them and they are keen to learn what they can do to help the babies change position. 2) relieving pain from an hernia scar in the lower left iliac region which causes pain to the expectant mum when she opens her hips.... i have recommended so far gentle diagonal stetches vertically and massaging pregnancy safe oil into the area to soften the scar tissue.... i think they problem may be the internal scar tissue though.... Any suggestions or comments would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks and best wishes, Alexa
