Hello Everyone,

Just a quick post to let you all know that the itv documentary 'Help, I'm a teen mum' starts on itv tonight at 10pm. Myself, Carla and Amanda will be appearing and promoting baby yoga and swimming at various times. (Unless we've ended up on the editting room floor that is!)

 guess who only just looked at her emails!!! sorry i have missed the programme. did you enjoy making it? i bet it was fun, i remember you and carla speaking about it at the cpd. i haven't been able to set up anything specific for young parents yet, i am still waiting for a good pool that i can use regularly. i will be in touch soon just to catch up.
