Thank you both so much for both the Yogacise and Baby Yoga courses. I am so excited about the possibilities which are beginning to stretch out before me since being offered the wonderful opportunity to train with Birthlight. I found the content of the courses deeply fascinating and the teaching both inspiring and empowering, but most of all, fun! Pieces of the jigsaw I didn't even know were missing are slotting into place - what a wonderful feeling. Thank you.
I especially liked the presentation of content, both teachers work very well together creating a nice atmosphere.

Perfect balance of anatomy and physiology, emotional and psychological connection to problems and the practical exercises and practices to deal with this.
This is a quick hello to say how much I enjoyed your course and to thank you for all your hard work and teaching. I started my first pregnancy class last week and really enjoyed it, it is one of the few things I have done lately that really nurtured my soul.
