An important date in the calendar of all Birthlight members:

 Birthlight Refresher Weekend 24-25 May 08, Institute of Child Health, Guilford Place, London.

Birthlight are pleased to announce that we will be holding our annual Refresher Weekend 2008 as a mini-conference with talks and practical workshops at the Institute of Child Health in London. The Institute, which is linked with Great Ormond Street Hospital, is behind some of the pioneering research on infants that we integrate in the Birthlight courses. A full programme will soon be available. The theme of the weekend relates to the understanding of movements that enhance health (for the mother and baby) in continuity from pregnancy to the third year, both on land and in water.

Dear all,  we are still at the stage of confirming speakers and workshops for the Refresher weekend. If we receive lots of postings like Barbara's re the Bank Holiday weekend we may reconsider dates. Please send your feedback as soon as possible! thanks

I would very much like to attend but my son turns two on 24th and also with it being the bank holiday it makes the dates difficult.
