Dear all,

 Help make the Birthlight Discussion board a more personal place and add a personal thumbnail pic of yourself.  I'm sure many of you have digital photos of yourself (or can find a friend to snap on pic of you).  If so just follow these directions so that it will show up when you post on our system:

1. Login to the forum (http://www.birthlightforum.com )
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" link in the upper righthand corner of your screen
3. Choose the "avatar" tab
4. Click "Browse" and browse to the place (folder) on your computer where you have saved your picture of yourself
5. Click "Save Changes"

That's it!  If you have any problems then please let me know.  One tip: please do not use files that are larger than .5mb.  If you need to reduce the size of your file and you don't have photo-editing software then one way to do it for those of you using Windows XP or higher is to do the following:

1. Right-click on your photo
2. Choose: "Send to"  and choose "Mail Recipient"
3. Answer "Make All My Pictures Smaller"
4. Send the email to your own email address so that you get the pic back but smaller!

Also, if you use windows xp operating system on your computer then you can use their free image resizer here:

(if you install this one, you only have to right-click on your photo/image and choose "resize")
