To get to the old forums threads which have been saved and made available in the new forum :
1. login to the new forum
2. scroll down to the forum group named "Threads from Old Discussion Forum"
3. Open the pertinent forum and you will find that I have written a post with a link in it to the pdf file which contains all the old threads. Thanks to Helen Hunt for amassing these in 4 different pdf files - one for each area (perinatal, aqua yoga etc).
