To set up a link to your own personal web site so that it automatically appears at the end of your forum posts along with your name you do the following (note: this is helpful in many ways: it lets people get to know what you do better, it helps get your work known, and it also helps build up outside links to your web site which is good for climbing up to the top of search engines like google):
1. sign in to the forum: www.birthlightforum.com
2. click on "edit profile" in the upper righthand corner of your screen
3. click on "signature & bio" tab
4. in the signature box you will need to paste html code in order to link to your web site. But this is easy. For example for my site which is www.netweavings.com I have in my box the following (in bold below):
A Service of Netweavings Web Design
<a href="http://www.netweavings.com">Neweavings Web Design </a>
Now all you have to do is to substitute your web address for the www.netweavings.com and paste that into your "signature & bio" box. And there you have it. Every time you post on this forum it will automatically add whatever is in your "signature and bio" box to the end of your post without you having to do anything. And since we've added the html for the link to your web site then anyone reading your post should be able to just click on your link in order to be taken to your site.
