The forum sends out email notifications of forum posts from the email address: no-reply@birthlight.com . So, in order to make sure that your spam filter or firewall does not block these emails or put them in your junk email folder where you won't see them (unless you check there) then you may need to configure your firewall's address book, safe list, allowed list, white list or contact list to allow emails from no-reply@birthlight.com . This way you can be sure that the emails coming in from the forum are delivered to your inbox.
