    Hello, One of my students recently found out she's pregnant and she feels sick a lot. "Morning sickness". Are there special yoga asana's or breathings which help? I thought maybe analoma viloma without breath retention and maybe eating some ginger? Ginger is great if you feel sick while travelling in a car...but I don't know for nausia in pregnancy...Thank you all for sugestions. Susanne from the Netherlands
