Oooo I had horrendous rstless legs with my second pregnancy from about 3 months. The shiatsu practitioner that i saw explained it as a disruption of the energy flow between the upper and lower body due to the weight of the baby/uterus. The body then naturally wants to fidgit to restore the flow of energy to the legs. The best yoga positions for me were forward bends of any nature, my favourite being the standing forward bends. Upavista Konasana would also be excellent although I had to be careful with an unstable pelvis. I also felt like squeezing the flesh on my legs very firmly or using percussion techniques on them. Nothing actually made it disappear for long but these things helped me stay sane, it can drive you bonkers. Lots of empathy is always good!! Interesting that it may be a dopamine imbalance, thanks for that info, hope some of that helps. sushi xxx
