The YogaBirth teachers have their annual Study Weekend in Ashurst Wood ( near East Grinstead ), East Sussex from June 11 - 13th.
They would like to open the weekend up to other antenatal and postnatal teachers/ colleagues to share, exchange and learn together.
There will be yoga sessions with Ruth Polden and John Stirk, midwifery updates , a look at what is needed to support the postpartum woman and lots more.
