Melanie Desurmont is a student of Yoga as well as a trained Back Therapist through the PIDDDS method and a classically trained musician. She has practiced yoga consistently for 10 years and taught baby yoga classes to mum and their babies in London and Dubai over the last 6 years. Melanie trained in London for 3 years with Uma Dinsmore Tuli, a London based yoga therapist and British Wheel of Yoga training teacher with special expertise in women’s health, founder of the Well Woman yoga, and Sitaram and author of Mother’s Breath, Teach Yourself Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth, and Feel Confident: Yoga for Living. Melanie’s approach to teaching yoga is to create a non competitive and relaxed atmosphere where nurturing, self -healing and empowerment can prosper. She is certified from Birthlight to teach Baby yoga and Post Natal Recovery classes, and recently trained to teach Pre natal Yoga classes.
